    4. Booking and Payments

       

        • All bookings are subject to availability.

        • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

        • Full payment is typically due 2 days before the start of the tour unless otherwise stated.

      5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

         

          • Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

               

                • More than 60 days before departure: 80% refund

                • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund

                • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

            • Company Cancellations: Alajawiy reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

          6. Changes and Amendments

          We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes prior to departure.

          7. Travel Insurance

          Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Alajawiy is not responsible for costs or losses arising from delays, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events.

          8. Visas and Travel Documents

          You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents. Alajawiy may assist with visa processing, but the final responsibility lies with the traveler.

          9. Health and Safety

          You must ensure that you are medically fit to travel. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.

          10. Code of Conduct

          Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. Alajawiy reserves the right to remove individuals from a tour for disruptive or dangerous behavior without refund.

          Alajawiy acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from services not directly provided by us.
